GET ready to step back into the 1980s with a little taste of Club Tropicana.

The Club Tropicana Hotel will be bringing the decade - where shoulder pads were big and hair was even bigger - back to life in Nottingham in July 2019 as Club Tropicana the Musical swings by the Theatre Royal for eight shows between July 8 and July 13.

The hilarious musical production tells the story of a bride and groom who both get cold feet before their big day. The anxious couple separately decide to get a little R&R in sunnier climes instead of tying the knot, only to discover they’ve actually both checked into the same hotel… the Club Tropicana.

The soundtrack to the story features 1980s hits including ABC’s The Look of Love, a-ha’s Take on Me, Bucks Fizz’s 1981 Eurovision-winning classic Making Your Mind Up and Culture Club’s Church of the Poison Mind, which will all be performed live on stage by a talented cast.
