World premiere of Do Something, Jake
A WORLD premiere of a film which was shot entirely in and around Loughborough is to take place this week - in the town.
Raya Films’ debut feature film ‘Do Something, Jake’ will premiere at the Odeon Loughborough on Thursday (September 20) at 6pm.
The producers have been working hard for nearly three years to complete the film.
Do Something, Jake has recently achieved a British Board of Film Classification rating of ‘15’ enabling the screening to be scheduled and tickets to go on sale.
Do Something, Jake is the debut feature film from director James Smith and producer/screenwriter Caroline Spence, who work under the banner of Raya Films. It was an ambitious project because it was shot on zero budget with a large, international cast and expansive locations.
