SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 23 Free Community Station Open Day at Loughborou­gh Fire Station in Epinal Way, Loughborou­gh, from 10am until 4pm. It will feature a smokehouse experience, road safety VF4 car, a road traffic collision demonstrat­ion, fire safety advice, mini fire engine, stalls and more.

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 24 THE Leddites performing at Loughborou­gh Folk Dance Club. Mike Bird will be talking folk through the dances at St Peters Community Centre, Storer Road, Loughborou­gh, from 7.30pm-10pm. Entry is £3.

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 25 Musical Memories Afternoon at Fearon Hall in Loughborou­gh. Enjoy an afternoon of singing and laughter with music from yesteryear at the Rectory Road venue. Open to all and support available for those living with mental health issues. Tickets cost £5 and include tea, coffee, biscuits and cakes.
