LEGENDS LIVE Motorpoint Arena, Nottingham
IF you’re looking for a heavy dose of nostalgia, Nottingham’s Motorpoint Arena is the place to be next April.
Legends Live will be bringing together some of the biggest stars of the 70s with a new 10-city 2019 tour, on which Suzi Quatro, David Essex, Les McKeown’s Bay City Rollers and rock band Smokie will all hit the road together to perform their classic hits.
Suzi has sold 55 million records and is most famous for singles such as Can The Can and If You Can’t Give Me Love, while David Essex was one of the era’s biggest pop stars with memorable songs including Rock On and Hold Me Close.
Joining them will be the Bay City Rollers to perform hits such as Keep On Dancing, while fellow band Smokie are best known for their million-selling If You Think You Know How To Love Me.
The foursome will be heading out on tour together for a string of shows in 2019 following last year’s successful Legends Live Tour. The 2017 production included both Suzi and David as well as The Osmonds & Hot Chocolate.
