Summer darts season completed
THE 2018 summer season of the Loughborough and District Pubs/Clubs Darts League was brought to a conclusion at a Presentation Night held at Fennel Street Club, Loughborough last Friday.
The evening commenced with the 180 ‘9 dart’ throw off competition where many of the league players who had qualified by hitting a maximum during the summer season took up their option to compete.
The event was won for a second time by Dean Maxwell with an excellent total of 320 from his 9 darts beating his previous total of 289 scored in the Winter 2015 competition. Dean received the competition trophy and a cash prize of £25 for his efforts.
The trophies and prize monies were then presented to the winning teams and individuals.
