Riders Select team set for Jump 10 finals
A LOUGHBOROUGH Riders select team will be representing the UK at the JUMP 10 World Hoops Challenge Finals in Shanghai, China, this week.
The tournament sees teams from 12 countries battling it out for over four days for a huge $100,000 grand prize.
The team that will represent the UK is: Reis Pinnock (Loughborough Riders), Rema Lascelles (Leicester Riders), Josh Ward-Hibbert (Leicester Riders), Jonas Dieterich (Loughborough Riders), Lucien Christofis (Loughborough Riders/Nassjo Basket), Jordan Williams (Giessen 46ers II), Andrew Lawrence (Latina Basket), Matthew Bryan-Amaning (London City Royals), Fahro Alihodzic ( Z Mobile Prishtina), Raheem May-Thomson (Mulhouse Pfastatt).
The UK have been drawn against Mexico, China and Japan in Group C of the four group competition with the top two teams progressing to the quarter finals on August 11.
Their first match will be against Mexico on August 8, followed by a game against China on August 9 and Japan on August 10.
