An evening of beautiful acoustic music comes to Fearon Hall in Loughborou­gh. Loughborou­gh-born Lisa De’Ville brings her soaring vocals to Fearon Hall for the first time. She is currently working on new music after a long break. Luke Broughton’s songs are hauntingly beautiful. He is a mesmerizin­g performer with a stunning voice. Folk duo Malin Hill bring folks songs of pathos and humour with some lovely harmonies and instrument­ation. And Simon Waldram has just released a new record called Into the Blue. The show begins 7pm at the Rectory Road venue and cost is £5 on the door.

Off The Tracks Festival takes place at Donington Park Farmhouse in Castle Donington.

A fund-raising sponsored walk to help raise funds for Bradgate Park and the Sakhi Navnirman Charitable Trust organised by the Mitra Milan Ramblers, at Bradgate Park, from 9.30am. A fun-packed event for the whole family, raising funds towards the care of Bradgate Park. Bring a picnic! Snack and drink provided upon completion of Route A (3.5 miles on accessible carriagewa­y) or Route B (5 miles across park). Starting at Hallgates Cropston car park (LE77HQ) at 10am (registrati­on for 9.30am), walks led by Trust volunteers/staff.
