Kater 4 Knockout Cup Winners: Bottom Railway BA, Runners-up: Three Crowns Spookies, Barrow Shield Knockout Competition Winners: Spot On Mandem, Runners-up: THE 2019 summer season of the Loughborough and District Pubs/ Clubs Darts League was brought to a conclusion at a Presentation Night held at Fennel Street Club, Loughborough last Friday.

The evening commenced with the 180 ‘9 dart’ throw off competition where many of the league players who had qualified by hitting a maximum during the summer season took up their option to compete.

The event was won by Steve Hopkins with a total of 240 from his 9 darts and in second place was Rich Selby with a total of 230.

Congratulations to Steve who received the competition trophy and a cash prize of £25 for his efforts.

The chosen charity for the evening was Tommy’s the leading Baby Charity that fund pioneering medical research into the causes and prevention of miscarriage, premature birth and stillbirth and during the evening £784.21 was raised due to the generosity of all those who attended and many of the darts teams who donated their prize winnings.

The league would like to congratulate all the winning teams and individuals, and to thank all those that attended the presentation evening and helped make the occasion such a resounding success.
