Festive experience at Wicksteed

-

WICKSTEED Park has announced the return of its hugely-successful Magical Wicksteed experience during the runup to this Christmas.

The Kettering attraction, which sold out on virtually all dates last year, includes a trip on the park’s festive train to meet Santa’s reindeer and enjoy a story with Mrs Claus before meeting Santa Claus himself.

Playground favourites such as the Carousel and Sway Rider will also be open and the full experience also includes reindeer food making and biscuit decorating, so don’t miss out.

There’s also hot drinks and mince pies for the grown-ups and a Christmas gift from the elves workshop for the children.

The Magical Wicksteed experience lasts around two hours, with start times running from 10am to 4.30pm.

There are also relaxed sessions for those who require them and similar private sessions are also available for schools and nurseries which look after children with additional needs.

Wicksteed Park Head of Sales and Marketing Rachel James said: “Everyone loves to meet Santa in the run-up to Christmas but the park is an ideal venue to provide lots of extra treats, such as a ride on the train and the chance to meet Santa’s reindeer.

“Tickets have only just gone on sale but demand is already high, with some time slots already sold out.”

Magical Wicksteed runs from November 30 to December 24 and costs £15 for children (16 and under) and £7.50 for adults. Babes in arms go free (excluding gift).
