Follow in Peter’s footsteps...

-

ENTRIES are now open for the regional heats of the national Heating Installer Awards, which searches for the UK’s best plumbing and heating installer - and which was won nationally by a Loughborough man.

Designed to champion the heroes of the industry who often go unnoticed, the awards recognise installers who go to great lengths to deliver incredible levels of service and the highest quality installations for their customers. 2017’s national winner was local man Peter Booth from Loughborough, who proved he had what it took and scooped the prestigious title along with a prize bundle worth thousands.

The free to enter awards give heating installers across the country the chance to showcase their work to potential customers.

After entries close in February, an expert judging panel made up of industry professionals and installers will choose the Midlands’ best heating installer.

The Midlands’ champion will then go up against eight other regional winners from across the country with the overall winner decided by a combination of judges’ scores, peer reviewed technical challenges and a public vote.

Peter said, “It still feels so good to have been named the national winner of the Heating Installer Awards 2017. The best thing about the process was all the people I met on social media who voted and believed in me. I really didn’t expect to win, although everyone else had confidence in me.

“I really enjoyed raising awareness of what installers do across the country and I’d encourage anyone who’s interested to enter next year.”
