Care firm marks third anniversary in uncertain times
CARE company, Home Instead Senior Care Charnwood, Loughborough and Coalville has been marking its third anniversary, during these uncertain times.
Charlotte Johnson, owner of the home care company, has led the business to considerable success and popularity over the past three years. She has created a strong reputation for caring for older people across Charnwood, Loughborough and Coalville and the surrounding areas.
One of their highlights was being awarded the highest national accolade in the care sector by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in caring, responsive and well-led. Only 14 months after the business launched, they were inspected by the independent care sector regulator, which lead to inspectors rating Home Instead to be simply the best, with an Outstanding rating.
Staff of Home Instead have also been awarded many special accolades this past year including Registered Manager of the Year, Employer of the Year, and Carer of the Year in Leicestershire.

“Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, it has been a strange time to celebrate our anniversary. Despite these difficult times, we are rewarding our amazing caregivers with a 10% thank you bonus for the hours worked in April in recognition of the wonderful work they do. I am overwhelmed by the team and the support they give to each other and to keeping our fabulous clients happy, healthy and safe. I can’t thank them enough.”
