Museum activities adapted for visitors to use at home
CHARNWOOD Museum in Loughborough might be closed for now, but it has adapted some of its activities so that visitors can take part at home.
A museum spokesperson said: “We hope that you are all keeping safe and well at home and missing Charnwood Museum as much as we miss you!
“We remain closed due to the Coronavirus situation and although this is being continually reviewed in line with government advice, it is unlikely that we will reopen before July.
“You can read the official statement, and find updates on other council services here: www.charnwood.gov.uk/coronavirus.
“With that in mind, we thought we would let you know what we are currently up to and make sure you are not missing out!”
The museum has a variety of different activities, from colouring sheets and word searches to some gallery favourites, and a scaled down version of our gallery games.
