Kegworth’s Marco Pierre White restaurant joins Eat to Help Out scheme

-

THE Marco Pierre White Kegworth Restaurant is taking part in the Eat Out to Help Out discount scheme throughout August.

Food aficionados will now be able to enjoy a three-course meal at the Marco Pierre White New York Italian, which is located at the Best Western Hotel on Packington Hill, for only £10 as part of the money-saving initiative.

Eat Out to Help Out was announced earlier this month in Chancellor Rishi Sunak’s mini-Budget and means restaurant goers can get 50 per cent off meals out, up to £10 a head, on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesday.

The discount offer, which started on August 3 and lasts until August 31 will now give restaurants, pubs and cafes a reimbursement for signing up while encouraging people to eat out postlockdown.

Yvonne Hyde, general manager said: “We’ve put in place a fantastic summer set menu which includes a delicious three-course meal for £20. Add in the Eat Out to Help Out discount means guests can enjoy a threecourse meal for only £10.

“And the discount is not just restricted to the summer set menu as customer will be able to use the £10 discount on the à la Carte menu if they wish.

“It’s great to be able to open our doors and this offer will, we hope, encourage people to come out and enjoy a meal here at the Marco Pierre White New York Italian here in Kegworth.

“We want our customers to feel reassured we’ve done all we can to provide them with a safe dining environment. We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness an hygiene and we’ve taken every precaution so that those who dine with us can do so safe in the knowledge that all has been done to safeguard their health.”
