Mountsorrel
REVIVAL RETURNS. Planning for the return of Mountsorrel REVIVAL this August is well under way.
The Mountsorrel Community Team (MCT) are optimistic that the event will take place on Sunday August 8.
Local residents are looking forward to this year’s event, especially after the event had to be cancelled in 2020.
REVIVAL will start with a parade at 11am. Already bands and entertainers are confirmed, along with the Mountsorrel Junior Football Team fun run, plus the Mountsorrel Tiggers.
There will also be a special part of the parade to say “thank you” to Key Workers.
Around the village there will be competitions, soapbox racing, musicians, bands, dancers, circus acts, games, rides, stalls, activities and events.
There are many ways to get involved, from taking part in competitions, volunteering to help on the day, or even offering to join the organising team.
