Your town, your club, your Lotto

-

THE Silkmen Supporters Trust (SST) is launching a brand new lottery, the Super Silk Lotto.

This will provide a great opportunity to promote the mission statement of the SST which is helping to improve and develop the club via its partnership with fans and the local community.

David Lewis is this year’s chosen charity partner and a percentage of the proceeds from the Super Silk Lotto will be presented to them at the end of the season, in order to assist in their continued commitment to high quality education, residential, medical and therapeutic support to people who have learning disabilities, epilepsy and autism.

Entry to the lotto will cost a pound, with a first prize of £100 up for grabs each week.

Everyone who enters the lottery will be given a unique number for every entry and a live draw is due to take place with DJ and Silkmen fan Nick Wright every Friday from November 28 on Canalside Radio.

Jon Smart, SST chairman, said: “We wanted to do something that can support our club by helping to develop an initiative that could not only include the regular Silkmen fans but the community as a whole.

“It will also provide benefit to a fantastic local charity which makes a difference to the lives of vulnerable people in our community.”
