Nursery going from strength to strength at Hurdsfield Primary
A PRIMARY school is celebrating the successful launch of its new nursery.
Hurdsfield Community Primary School began to offer place for children aged two to four years old in October.
Now dozens of youngsters are enjoying the facilities on Hulley Road.
The nursery will act as a feeder facility to the school when children turn four and five. Headteacher Celia Pickard said: “It is a teacher-led setting and has high standards to ensure all children aspire and succeed in a happy, nurturing and caring environment.
“The ethos of the setting is to recognise that every child is unique and we provide an experience for each of them to flourish and enjoy their learning.
“We recognise the importance of a stimulating and childcentred environment and we promote this through our indoor and outdoor high quality provision within a modern design setting. We welcome all visitors at any time to pop in and meet the team and discover more about us.”
The nursery currently has places available for two year olds. For more information contact 01625 383008 or email head@ hurdsfield.cheshire.sch. uk. You can also see what happens at the nursery via www.hurdsfieldprimary school.com
