A PRI­MARY school is run­ning an in­ter­net safety day.

On Tues­day Fe­bru­ary 10 Marl­bor­ough Pri­mary will once again be tak­ing part in Safer In­ter­net Day (SID).

Ev­ery year group from the re­cep­tion class up to year 6, take part and learn about dif­fer­ent as­pects of on­line safety.

They do this by watch­ing videos, de­sign­ing posters, writ­ing po­etry, tak­ing part in quizzes and per­form­ing drama.

As per last year, there will be rov­ing re­porters from the Marl­bor­ough Press, the school’s news­pa­per, in­ter­view­ing peo­ple to find out what was go­ing on. Par­ents are be­ing en­cour­age to get in­volved in Safer In­ter­net Day but watch­ing videos on the web­site www. safer­in­ter­net.org.uk.

This year’s theme is ‘Let’s cre­ate a bet­ter in­ter­net to­gether’. ●● HOMES on the new lux­ury de­vel­op­ment in Tyther­ton have gone on sale. Jones Homes is build­ing 172 houses off Spring­wood Way, of­fer­ing a se­lec­tion of two, three, four and five bed­room homes.

Dubbed Kings­field Park the de­vel­op­ment also has re­leased for sale a num­ber of four and five bed­room fam­ily homes, in­clud­ing the Hol­combe, an at­trac­tive dou­ble fronted four bed­room prop­erty with garage priced £345,000.

For those look­ing for some­thing big­ger, the five bed­room Knights­bridge II is priced £525,000.

The firm has opened a mar­ket­ing suite on Spring­wood Way, near the en­trance of the de­vel­op­ment.
