Lovell leads The Way to a stylish new home
THIS year Lovell marks the 10th anniversary of its first residents moving in at The Way redevelopment project in Beswick, which has proven highly successful and where a new phase of homes has just gone on sale.
While the area has been transformed beyond recognition in the past 10 years, Lovell has maintained a reputation for providing high quality homes that combine eye-catching architecture, stylish interior design and value for money.
Hundreds of families and first-time buyers have already made their home at the coveted location and Axis @ The Way will feature 125 new properties.
Clare Noakes, regional sales manager for Lovell, said: “While we’ve been welcoming new homeowners to this community for 10 years, we are still moving forward and building more homes.
“With almost 400 homes already completed and occupied, the development will feature more than 500 new homes, which have replaced rows of run down terraced housing.
“The Way has proved perennially popular. It has also provided a catalyst for further rejuvenation in the local area, including the creation of the £3.5m Ashbury Meadow Primary School and £31.5m East Manchester Academy, with further community facilities planned.
“Not to mention the jobs it has created on site and the employment it has stimulated for local service industries.”
With contemporary exterior design, the homes at The Way stand out.
The new phase Axis includes a mix of two, three and four-bedroom designs and has already been a huge hit with families and young professionals who work in Manchester and want to take advantage of being close to the city’s nightlife and shops.
The homes will have the added benefit of being built to Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.
This means they will feature energy efficient appliances and heating systems, low energy lighting, smart meters, and fixtures and fittings that reduce water consumption. This all adds up to a home that is more economical and therefore cheaper to run.
Prices for Axis @ The Way start at £158,995 for a three-bedroom mews property and rise to £208,995 for a fourbedroom semi-detached home with more than 1,300sqft of living space.
Two new show homes will debut to homebuyers soon.
