Focus eyes £1m turnover target
A RECRUITMENT firm is looking to expand its team by 10 people in a bid to turn over £1m a year.
Focus Management Consultants Limited, which is based in Bollington, aims to continue the 26 per cent growth in revenue it achieved in 2014.
The firm which handles food and drink recruitment from four offices in the UK and Dubai, is now looking to expand its team of 30 people by a third in the next 18 months.
Focus Management Consultants Limited boasts a client portfolio with global grocery retailers, manufacturers and food service brands such as Bakkavor, John West, A B Mauri, Nando’s, Ella’s Kitchen and Rational.
Stephen Jones, co-founder and director, said: “We are thrilled to have witnessed such extensive growth, particularly in the last quarter of 2014. This summer we will be celebrating our 25th birthday, and reaching a significant financial milestone is very encouraging for the team and their dedication will give them confidence to excel even further this year.”
The new team members will be recruitment consultants primarily based at the business’s main hub in Bollington.
Mr Jones added: “We will be taking on up to 10 more members of staff to work at any of our locations, where we will be offering highly attractive salaries, large bonuses, flexible hours and the opportunity to be part of a company which really invests in its employees. Consultants who join us will have the unique opportunity to work on a strategic level with our clients, becoming business managers as they develop consultative resourcing partnerships.”
Founded by Stephen Jones and Michael Staniland in 1990, Focus Management Consultants Limited supplies the food and drink industry with recruitment solutions in areas such as HR, product development, operations, purchasing and commercial.
Focus Management Consultants is also a co-founder of the International Food Recruitment Alliance – a consortium of six like-minded food and beverage recruitment consultancies based throughout Europe to provide more choice to clients and candidates on the global food recruitment stage.
