●● AN ANTIQUES roadshow will take place in the town.

Residents are invited to dig out items for the event such as silver, coins, medals, antique weapons, jewellery, clocks, watches, and gold for free valuations and appraisals.

Voluntary donations are invited for the Alzheimer’s Society or Macmillan Cancer Support.

The roadshow will be at the Cock and Pheasant pub on Friday, July 3, from midday to 4pm.
