Everybody Sport and Recreation, which runs Poynton Leisure Centre, closed the pool earlier this month for improvement work.
It will not open again until early September.
Among the projects is the replacement of all the pool tiles.
A spokesman for Everybody Sport and Recreation said: “There is never a good time to close a pool but completing this work now will ensure the pool is open for both the public and schools in early September.
“Everybody customers are able to use both Macclesfield and Wilmslow during the closure.
“Everybody membership terms and conditions apply.”

Residents have reported a series of crimes between July 19-21. These include a number of thefts from insecure cars, two reports of garages entered and items stolen, and two vans damaged when thieves tried to steal tools.
Police said they have also had a report of a catalytic converter stolen from a Mercedes Vito van.
The targeted areas are: Trafalgar Avenue, Chestnut Drive, Elm Close, Cedar Close, Brookside Avenue, Park Lane, Glenfield Drive and Buckingham Road.
