I RECEIVED an email this week from Don Giovanni’s restaurant, one of Manchester’s longest standing Italian eateries.
Along with its recent refurbishment, the owners have invested a couple of hundred quid on a ‘wine access’ Coravin device.
It’s described as a ‘coup’ for the restaurant, but in truth there are other establishments in Manchester that have beaten Don Giovanni’s to it.
And I suspect that many others will also be getting onboard in the future.
