SWIM PETITION

MACCLESFIELD Amateur Swimming Club (MASC) is collecting signatures against a ruling banning them from holding lessons at Macclesfield Leisure Centre.

Everybody Sports and Recreation (ESAR), which runs council leisure services, told MASC they can no longer run lessons so it can provide lessons itself. But MASC claim there is room for both clubs to operate.

Petitions are available at Boots, Grosvenor Centre, Tesco, Hibel Road, Spring Garden and the Post Office, Hurdsfield Road.
