THE award-winning Just So Festival has unveiled an exciting programme for 2016.

The weekend-long camping festival was set up by Rowan Hoban and Sarah Bird, from Macclesfield, who wanted to produce large scale arts event where families could be immersed in incredible stories and entertainment, and experience outdoor arts.

Based in North Rode, it was awarded Best Festival in 2015 by the National Outdoor Events Association and is the only combined arts festival dedicated solely to families in the UK.

This year’s event runs over the weekend beginning 19 August.

As well as the usual mix of music, theatre and dance events, there will be a new immersive dance show ‘Around the World in 80 Notes’.

There will also be a special Just So Bake Off, performance from Jaes Campbell and Handmade Theatre, and campfire stories with Ian Douglas.

Rowan said: “At Just So 2016, audience members will be journeying through the most magical, awe-inspiring landscape for three nights.”
