CANALSIDE RADIO

WE are very pleased to announce that we now have at, any one time, in excess of 800 event listings on our website www.thethread.org.uk.

This spring will see the events guide grow even bigger as it now lists a massive crosssection of activities that includes nightlife, family events, local cinema listings and hobbies. The Thread community network now includes the e-newsletter, the Thread website and Canalside’s The Thread 102.8FM. We are also working with our friends at Visit Macclesfield and local people to provide even more information to the local community. No other town, to our knowledge, has such a network of people working together to promote all the great things happening on its doorstep. Thanks to Trish, Philippa, Simon, Tom, Brian and the rest of our admin team for working so hard to give the community a ‘one-stop shop’ where you can find out what’s going on.
