The application has been approved by the council with conditions. ●● A PLANNING application to demolish a conservatory and build a single storey extension in its place has been approved by planning officers.

The application for the house at 10 Ploughmans Way, Macclesfield, has been approved with conditions. ●● THE owners of a house at 35 Tytherington Lane, Macclesfield, have been given permission to build a dormer and single storey side and rear extension. ●● THE owners of 90 Tytherington Drive, Macclesfield, would like to build a pair of semi-detached houses and a detached single garage at the site.

They have applied to the council for permission. ●● PLANS for a dormer with single storey side and rear extension at 5 Tytherington Drive, Macclesfield, have been submitted to the council. ●● AN application to extend 119 Tytherington Drive has been submitted to the council.

The plans are to demolish an existing single storey rear extension and build a two storey and single storey side and rear extension.
