MACCLESFIELD Town club chairman Mark Blower is glad to be working closely with one of the town’s local businesses after Arighi Bianchi was confirmed as the main shirt sponsor for the new season.

Arighi Bianchi have also renewed significant roadside advertising on the London Road side of the stadium as well as perimeter advertising boards inside the stadium, and Blower is grateful for their support.

“It’s a real pleasure to be able to announce this deal with Arighi Bianchi. It’s so important for us to help promote local companies and with this partnership, we will do just that,” he said.

“Last summer saw Arighi Bianchi become more heavily involved with the football club and this new sponsorship is a continuation of that deal.

“Like the football club, Arighi Bianchi is a long established and highly recognisable name in Macclesfield and it is fantastic that they see the commercial benefit of entering in to a partnership with the football club and we look forward to a successful partnership over the coming years.”

Nick Bianchi, Marketing Director at Arighi Bianchi, has been wanting to keep on giving his backing to Macclesfield, and he is glad it will continue to happen.

“Sponsoring your local football team is a great privilege which we are delighted to bring to the fold,” he said.

“Before last season we were keen to take our partnership with the club to a new level and we did just that with our back of the shirt sponsorship.

“This season we are once again enhancing our relationship with the football club and we are delighted to be doing so.

“Macclesfield Town play a massive part in the community and like Arighi Bianchi have a big role to play in the town, so it is really pleasing that the two of us can come together and grow our partnership.

“The ultimate goal is of course to see the Arighi Bianchi logo on the front of a Macclesfield Town shirt in the Football League.

“Given the real success of the side over the last two seasons that is a major possibility.”
