Stop moaning about it and get on with your life. If idiots weren’t persistently speeding and causing accidents as a result, the police wouldn’t need to have these clamp downs in the first place. Those who feel the need to insist that police time could be better spent looking for “robbers” etc really don’t have any idea how the police force operate. Traffic patrols are a small number in comparison to the rest of the police force who are out looking for your burglars, or keeping your area free from drugs. Would you be saying the same if they had a clamp down on child protection issues, or drug dealers? No you wouldn’t. Just let them do their job and be on your merry way...
