New members for Silk group
A BUSINESS group which meets every Thursday morning at The Tytherington Club is celebrating a clutch of new members.
The growing BNI Silk group, which now has 18 members, has welcomed people from a range of business sectors.
The six most recent new participants are Steve Morton, from marketing and design agency Principal Image; Susan Townsend, of Perspective Coaching; Alan Ogden, of accountants Ogden Townsend; Sophie Wood of Buzz Web Consultancy; Keith Dixon of Ubuntu HR and Denise Caldwell, a residential sales trainer at Denise Caldwell Associates.
The group meets each week, with members working together to support each other’s business activities and seeking opportunities for each other.
Alison Leah, who owns and runs Macclesfield based professional administration support company Silk Office Solutions, and is president of the group, said: “We are delighted to welcome these six new members. Members of the Silk group have passed over £320,000 worth of business between them since January and as we grow, so will the amount of business we refer to each other.”
Anyone looking to grow and develop their business is welcome to join, providing their business sector is not already represented. For more details contact alison@silkoffice solutions.co.uk or call 01477 571888.
