●● PRESTBURY Amenity Society is hosting a dog show on Saturday, October 15 on the playing field at Bollin Grove.

There will be nine competition classes and entry costs £1 per dog, per class.

The classes will consist of most handsome dog, most playful, best rescue or re-homed dog, best fancy dress and waggiest tail.

There will also be a prettiest bitch class, one for the scruffiest dog, one for veterans more than seven years old, and one for the cutest puppy under 18 months.

There will then be a final with all the winners from the nine classes.

The first class will start at 1pm. Registration is at 12 noon at Bollin Grove, next to the guide hut, where there will be the chance to meet all the committee members of Prestbury Amenity Society.
