GREENBOOTH Village, a new countryside development from Russell Homes, will be launched to the public this Saturday, October 15.
Visitors are invited to review plans, see how the development is progressing and take in the incredible views over Greenbooth Reservoir and Pennines.
The 42 properties at this traditionally-styled hillside hamlet, offer buyers the choice of a three, four or fivebedroom homes, all with a garden, garage and off-road parking.
Situated at the top of Over Town Lane, off Edenfield Road in the hills above Norden, the homes will be set in beautifully landscaped surroundings with stunning vistas over the Naden Valley.
Currently under construction, with the first completions set for early in the new year, the first phase of properties has now been released for sale.
More than 400 people pre-registered their interest in the development and three have already been sold.
The development includes 10 house types for buyers to choose from.
Priced from £269,995, all homes in the first phase are eligible for the interest-free government loan of up to 20 per cent off the purchase price thanks to the Help to Buy scheme.
This means a threebedroom townhouse at Greenbooth Village is available for just £215,996 with a five per cent deposit.
