RECENT cases from South and East Cheshire Magistrate­s Court:

ADAM Scott Bradley, 28, of Davies Street, Macclesfie­ld, denied burglary and assaulting a police constable. He was bailed for trial on January 20.

GARY James Powell, 37, of Drayton Walk, Manchester, denied theft of an iPhone 7 Plus worth £999 from Tesco in Macclesfie­ld. He was bailed for trial on February 28.

ALEXANDER Peter Gibson, 32, of Hollin Lane, Sutton, admitted drug driving, taking a vehicle without consent and driving without a licence or insurance. He was given a curfew for nine weeks.

JUSTIN Mervyn Hembrow, 21, of St George’s Street, Macclesfie­ld, denied exposure. He was bailed for a hearing at Chester Crown Court on December 21.

VINCENT Joseph Sulcuna, 29, of Western Avenue, Macclesfie­ld, admitted criminal damage of a bed and printer. He was bailed for sentence on December 19.

JORDAN Thomas Walsh, 22, of Wickfield Mews, Poynton, admitted drug driving in Tytheringt­on. He was fined £120 and banned for 12 months.

PHILIP Joseph Mason, 44, of Broken Banks, Macclesfie­ld, admitted drink driving. He was fined £500 and banned for 14 months.

DARREN Drinkwater, 45, of Damson Lane, Mobberley, denied an offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. He was bailed for trial on February 28.

STANLEY Louis Hall, 40, of Cranford Avenue, Macclesfie­ld, admitted drink driving. He was fined £300 and banned for 12 months.

MATTHEW John Taylor, 31, of Park Lane, Macclesfie­ld, admitted drink driving and causing damage to another vehicle on Ryles Park Road. He was fined £340 and banned for 12 months.

CHRISTOPHE­R Barry Volke, 37, of Lumley Road, Macclesfie­ld, admitted driving without a licence, insurance or valid MOT. He was fined £200 and given six points.

DARRYL Bracegirdl­e, 28, of Delamere Drive, Macclesfie­ld, denied assault. He was bailed for trial on March 17.

DEAN Brian Pritchard, 36, of no fixed abode, admitted theft of alcohol from B&M Bargains and assault. He was jailed for three months.

CARL Freeman, 34, of Simpson Street, Stoke on Trent, denied theft of a car and possession of tools for theft in Macclesfie­ld. He was bailed for trial on January 24.

ZOE Leanne Gibbons, 29, of Simpson Street, Stoke on Trent, denied theft of a car and possession of tools for theft in Macclesfie­ld. She was bailed for trial on January 24.

MICHAEL James Shawcross, 33, of Kent Avenue, Liverpool, admitted possession of cocaine and heroin with intent to supply. He was remanded in custody to appear at Chester Crown Court on January 3.

IAN Stuart Glover, 47, of Buchanan Street, Ramsbottom, admitted theft of an iPhone in Macclesfie­ld, theft of three bottles of Jack Daniels from Sainsbury’s, theft of two bottles of spirits from Sainsbury’s, theft of steak from Aldi and theft of meat products from Aldi. He was given a curfew for two months.
