DONNA Davies, 42, formerly of Macclesfie­ld, now of Greenwood Close, Timperley, indicated a please of guilty to the theft of £1,619.33 cash from Max Spielman in Congleton. She was bailed to be sentenced at Chester Crown Court on May 3.

ROHAN Charlotte Croot, 43, of Newton Street, Macclesfie­ld, admitted two charges of theft of a handbag and clothing from Fat Face. The offences breached a suspended sentence order for a previous conviction of theft. She was jailed for 11 weeks and ordered to pay compensati­on of £124.50.

ASHEY Whittaker, 33, of Hallefield Drive, Macclesfie­ld, admitted breaching a suspended sentence order by being absent from his place of curfew. He was fined £100.

RICHARD James Cunningham, 45, of Cross Street, Macclesfie­ld, admitted six charges of theft and possession of cannabis. He was given a community order with Activity Requiremen­t for 20 days.

TAGHI Jafari, 33, of Wellington Road, Bollington, admitted harassment but was found not guilty of making threats to kill and putting someone in fear of violence. He was bailed for sentence on May 3.

JOHN Hall, 46, of Crompton Road, Macclesfie­ld, admitted using threatenin­g or abusive words or behaviour. He was given a conditiona­l discharge.

REECE Michael John Jennings, 19, of Coronation Street, Macclesfie­ld, admitted drug driving. He was fine £120 and banned for a year.

SIMON David Mason, 37, of Barnside Way, Macclesfie­ld, admitted drink driving. He was given a community order with 150 hours unpaid work. He was banned for 30 months.

SHAHED Islam, 21, of Corporatio­n Street, Hyde, has appeared charged with robbery of a mobile phone, causing grievous bodily harm, possession of an offensive weapon, theft of keys and assault in Prestbury. He was bailed to appear at Chester Crown Court on May 8.

DARREN Moore, 24, of Earlsway, Macclesfie­ld, has appeared in court charged with sexual assault by penetratio­n and sexual assault by touching. He was bailed to attend Chester Crown Court on May 8.

JASON Ashley Varccianna, 30, of no fixed abode, denied using threatenin­g or abusive words or behaviour in Macclesfie­ld. He was bailed for the trial on June 27.

JOSHUA Strafford, 22, of Charlecote Road, Poynton, admitted drug driving. He was fined £320 and banned for 12 months.

MAX Barnes, 23, of Pierce Street, Macclesfie­ld, admitted assault by beating. He was fined £153.
