RE­CENT cases from South and East Cheshire mag­is­trates court:

OWEN Michael Reith, 25, of Pen­nine Court, Mac­cles­field, ad­mit­ted pos­sess­ing cannabis. He was given a con­di­tional dis­charge.

AN­THONY Carmichael Wil­lis, 48, of Bain­bridge Close, Manch­ester, ad­mit­ted drug driv­ing in Mac­cles­field. He was fined £120 and banned for 12 months.

JACKIE Gib­son, 54, of By­ron’s Lane, Mac­cles­field, was found guilty in her ab­sence of lit­ter­ing a cig­a­rette on Ex­change Street. She was fined £220 with £180 costs.

VITALIJS Ka­bankovs, 33, of Win­ster Av­enue, Sal­ford, was found guilty in his ab­sence of lit­ter­ing a cig­a­rette at the bus sta­tion in Mac­cles­field. He was fined £220 with £180 costs.

ELEANOR Ali­cia Lucy Lewis, 23, of Crown Street West, Mac­cles­field, was found guilty in her ab­sence of lit­ter­ing a cig­a­rette on Mill Street. She was fined £220 with £180 costs.

DANIEL Lo­mas, 27, of Ken­dal Road, Mac­cles­field, was found guilty in his ab­sence of lit­ter­ing a cig­a­rette on Ex­change Street. He was fined £220 with £180 costs.

JACQUI Schofield, 23, of Crown Street West, Mac­cles­field, was found guilty in her ab­sence of lit­ter­ing a cig­a­rette on Mill Street. He was fined £220 with £180 costs.

AN­DREW John Chea­dle, 47, of Ry­dal Way, New­cas­tle Un­der Lyme, ad­mit­ted at­tempt­ing to have in his pos­ses­sion 100g of Al­pha-PVP on Jan­uary 26 in Mac­cles­field and pos­ses­sion of CS Gas in New­cas­tle. He was sen­tenced to 12 weeks in prison sus­pended for 18 months. In court doc­u­ments it said the sus­pended sen­tenced was due to his health is­sues.

SU­SAN Cooper, 33, of Ry­dal Way, New­cas­tle Un­der Lyme, ad­mit­ted at­tempt­ing to have in his pos­ses­sion 100g of Al­pha-PVP on Jan­uary 26 in Mac­cles­field. She was given a con­di­tional dis­charge for 24 months.

KIM Somer­field, 36, of Boon Av­enue, Stoke-on- Trent, ad­mit­ted at­tempt­ing to have in his pos­ses­sion 100g of Al­pha-PVP on Jan­uary 26 in Mac­cles­field. She was given a con­di­tional dis­charge for 24 months.

LEE Alexan­der Hod­kin­son, 19, of Lon­don Road, Mac­cles­field, ad­mit­ted theft of un­der­wear. The of­fence was while sub­ject to a con­di­tional dis­charge. He was given 80 hours un­paid work.

MICHELLE Lyn­d­sey Lea, 37, of Hol­lands Place, Mac­cles­field, ad­mit­ted as­sault and crim­i­nal dam­age, and in­di­cated a guilty plea to theft of a £10 note. She was bailed to at­tend court on May 30 for an­other hear­ing.

GARY Calum Ox­ley, 29, of Thorn­way, Stock­port, ap­peared charged with dan­ger­ous driv­ing at Over Alder­ley, fail­ing to stop, pos­ses­sion with in­tent to sup­ply co­caine, pos­ses­sion of cannabis, and driv­ing without in­sur­ance. He was bailed to ap­pear at Ch­ester Crown Court on June 5.

JOHN David Stones, 25, of Ox­en­dale Drive, Mid­dle­ton, ad­mit­ted three charges of drug driv­ing in Mac­cles­field and pos­ses­sion of cannabis. He was given 80 hours un­paid work and banned for 14 months.

JAMIE Fair­brother, 26, of Park­gate Road, Mac­cles­field, in­di­cated a plea of guilty to pos­ses­sion of cannabis, pos­sess­ing crim­i­nal property namely sev­eral hun­dred pounds in cash, and sup­ply­ing cannabis resin to an­other. He was bailed to be sen­tenced on May 23.

LEE Jack John­son, 18, of Bri­ar­wood Av­enue, Mac­cles­field, ad­mit­ted us­ing threat­en­ing or abu­sive words of be­hav­iour at B&M Bar­gains. He was fined £120.

PAUL An­thony John­son, 29, of Ea­ton Lane, Mac­cles­field, ad­mit­ted us­ing threat­en­ing, abu­sive or in­sult­ing words of be­hav­iour at B&M Bar­gains. He was fined £500.

STEPHEN Christo­pher Hayes, 32, of Goost­rey Court, Con­gle­ton, ad­mit­ted drug driv­ing in Mac­cles­field and driv­ing without a li­cence or in­sur­ance. He was fined £120 and banned for 22 months.

THOMAS David Cole, 30, of Park­gate Road, Mac­cles­field, was found guilty in his ab­sence to as­sault.

JOHN Paul Ian Hulme, 41, of Beech Hall Drive, Mac­cles­field, ad­mit­ted ob­struct­ing a po­lice con­sta­ble and stop­ping a ve­hi­cle in a pel­i­can con­trolled area. He was fined £270 and had his li­cence en­dorsed with three points.

DAVID Lee Mark Haslam, 36, of Beech Lane, Mac­cles­field, was found guilty of as­sault. He was fined £60.

GRAHAM Beat­tie Os­borne, 42, of Sta­tion Road, Shotts, ad­mit­ted drink driv­ing. He was fined £180 and banned for 12 months.
