Singers raise voices for charity

A CHARITY concert is aiming to raise money for families of police officers who have lost their lives in the course of duty.

The gig at the Church of St James the Great in Gawsworth, will feature The Ordsall Acapella Singers and takes place on Sunday, June 11 at 3pm.

As well as a wideranging repertoir the choir will be providing complimentary cake.

The event is in aid of the charity Care of Police Survivors (COPS).

Tickets are £5 at the door.
