What does it involve: Union Jill are a Yorkshire-based female duo and have been touring the country’s festivals and folk clubs with their distinctive harmonies, storytelling and lighthearted performances for over a decade. Their show embraces the audience, as they craft a journey through clever lyrics and soaring vocals. It’s been a busy year for the duo, who are about to launch their fourth album and are currently touring with BBC Radio 4’s stand up poet, Kate Fox. Their involvement with the Rural Touring Arts scheme has been central to the development of their latest show ‘Letting off Steam’ which has gone down a storm with audiences across the north.
