Games bolster Burgess
SCOTT Burgess has been extremely happy with his time at Macclesfield Town so far and believes that he is getting better and better with each coming game.
Burgess is currently on loan from League One side Bury, and has made a good start to his career with the Silkmen.
The 20-year-old midfielder is glad to be getting minutes under his belt, and hopes he will continue to shine over the next few months.
“I’m happy. I came here for the game time and I’m getting it. I’m settling in well and getting more and more confident with each game that I play. I’m hoping to kick on even more,” he told the club’s official website.
“I’m keeping concentrated and focused and just trying to keep my place in the team. I’m learning more and more each day and each game that comes is a different challenge.
“It’s good to be exploring how I can play and different ways to deal with situations in games and I’m enjoying it.
It’s been a very good start.
“We’ve played a lot of games, and I’m enjoying it. I’ve settled in well and it’s good to be playing.
“We want to start a run of picking up good results.
“Two or three wins and the table changes dramatically, so if we can get those wins in succession, the table will be looking pretty good again!”
