RE­CENT cases from Stock­port mag­is­trates court:

JAMES Rams­den, 24, of En­nerdale Ter­race, Staly­bridge, de­nied drug driv­ing in Poyn­ton. He was bailed for the trial on Novem­ber 24.

KAYLEIGH Houghton, 29, of Som­er­set Close, Mac­cles­field, ad­mit­ted as­sault, and us­ing threat­en­ing, abu­sive or in­sult­ing words or be­hav­iour. She was fined £180 and or­dered to pay £150 com­pen­sa­tion.

BRIAN David­son, 53, of Melk­sham Close, Mac­cles­field, is charged with drink driv­ing in Poyn­ton. He was bailed for an­other hear­ing on Novem­ber 22.

OLIVIA Grace Heath, 18, of Prest­bury Road, Mac­cles­field, de­nied be­ing in charge if a ve­hi­cle while above the drink drive limit. She was bailed for the trial on Jan­uary 23.

MATTHEW John Tyrer, 43, of Park­gate Road, Mac­cles­field, ad­mit­ted driv­ing while dis­qual­i­fied and driv­ing without in­sur­ance. He was jailed for 18 weeks and banned for 12 months.

DANIEL Mark An­thony Ear­les, 24, of Swet­ten­ham Street, Mac­cles­field, de­nied as­sault by beat­ing. He was bailed for the trial on De­cem­ber 15.

MARTIN Nash, 45, of Top Street, Old­ham, ad­mit­ted crim­i­nal dam­age to a sofa, ladies clothes, hand­bag and tele­phone val­ued at £200 in Mac­cles­field. He was fined £120 and or­dered to pay £200 com­pen­sa­tion.

JAKE Cun­ning­ham, 24, of Gar­den Street, Mac­cles­field, ad­mit­ted drink driv­ing. He was fined £350 and banned for 18 months.

IAN David Ar­mitt, 49, of Brook Street, Mac­cles­field, ad­mit­ted as­sault. He was given 100 hours un­paid work and or­dered to pay £50 com­pen­sa­tion.

BRIAN Robin­son, 42, of Park End Road, Manch­ester, ad­mit­ted bur­glary of a garage in Bolling­ton where he stole bi­cy­cles and sun­glasses worth £11,320. He was jailed for six months. RE­CENT cases from Crewe mag­is­trates court:

CHARLES Wil­liam Frost-Dan­son, 25, Beech Lane, Mac­cles­field, ad­mit­ted drug driv­ing. He was fined £190 with a 12 month ban.

AN­DREW Wil­liam Wal­lis, 31, of Somer­ton Road, Mac­cles­field, ad­mit­ted drug driv­ing, pos­ses­sion of cannabis, and driv­ing without in­sur­ance. He was bailed for a case man­age­ment hear­ing on Novem­ber 9.

REA­GAN Black­ley, 24, of Park Lane, Mac­cles­field, ad­mit­ted theft of al­co­hol from M&S, two charges of as­sault, and used threat­en­ing, abu­sive or in­sult­ing words or be­hav­iour. She was jailed for 14 weeks and or­dered to pay £200 com­pen­sa­tion.

AN­THONY Stephen O’Grady, 51, of By­rons Lane, Mac­cles­field, ad­mit­ted bur­glary of Foot­prints Nurs­ery where he stole two mo­bile phones and cut­lery. He was jailed for 12 weeks.

GARETH Mau­riceJones, 37, of Con­nis­ton Way, Mac­cles­field, ad­mit­ted drink driv­ing and breach­ing a re­strain­ing or­der. He was given an eight week prison sen­tence sus­pended for 12 months, fined £120 and banned for 36 months.

BEN­JAMIN Charles Preece, 35, of Tri­dent Way, Mac­cles­field, de­nied pos­ses­sion of an of­fen­sive weapon, namely a ham­mer. He was bailed for the trial on De­cem­ber 1.

ASH­LEY James Whit­taker, 33, of Halle­field Drive, Mac­cles­field, de­nied pos­ses­sion of an of­fen­sive weapon, a ham­mer. He was bailed for the trial on De­cem­ber 1.
