JAMES Heaton, 62, of Delamere Drive, Macclesfie­ld, admitted using threatenin­g words or behaviour. He was given a conditiona­l discharge for 12 months and must pay £105 costs.

RYAN Valentine, 27, of Gordonstou­n Place, Blackburn, was found guilty, in his absence, of failing to stop at a stop sign in Macclesfie­ld and failing to give informatio­n to the police. He was fined £770, his license was endorsed with six points and he was disqualifi­ed from driving for six months.

NEAL Jalota, 32, of Irwin Drive, Handforth, has been charged with speeding in Macclesfie­ld and failing to give informatio­n relating to the identifica­tion of the driver of a Porsche who is alleged to be guilty of an offence. The case was adjourned until January 12.

DARREN Wayne Aldridge, 51, of Abbey Road, Macclesfie­ld, denies assault by beating and theft of a handbag. He has been bailed for a trial on March 3.

KELVIN Alan Barsted, 29, c/o Arundel Close, Hurdsfield, has denied criminal damage of a television, vase and photo frames. He has been remanded in custody until December 19 for a trial.

PETER Antony Barton, 23, of Parkgate Road, Macclesfie­ld, admitted two charges of assault by beating and criminal damage. He must comply with a Rehabilita­tion Activity Requiremen­t and carry out 40 hours of unpaid work. He was also given a restrainin­g order and pay costs.

RYAN James Skerrit, 30, of Danes Square, Macclesfie­ld, admitted drug driving. He was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £120. He must also pay £115 costs.

SANJIVE Kapoor, 53, of Crabtree Avenue, Hale Barns, has been charged with speeding in Macclesfie­ld and failing to give informatio­n relating to the identifica­tion of the driver of a Porsche who is alleged to be guilty of an offence. The case was adjourned until January 12.

ASHLEIGH James Whittaker, 33, of Hallefield Drive, Macclesfie­ld, appeared charged with stealing drinks worth 99p from Spark Convenienc­e Store. He has been remanded on unconditio­nal bail until December 15.

SEAN Daniel Cremor, 21, of Croxteth Avenue, Liverpool, has appeared charged with assault by beating in Macclesfie­ld. Conditiona­l bail has been granted until the next hearing on March 6.

JONATHAN Keith Markey, 44, of Chester Road, Poynton, admitted theft of alcohol worth £18 from Tesco and theft of alcohol worth £48 from the Balti Kitchen at Park Green. He was jailed for 24 weeks due to the fact the offence was committed during the operationa­l period of a suspended sentence.

LEE Costello, 39, of Pennine Court, Macclesfie­ld, was found guilty of assault causing actual bodily harm. He has been bailed until December 20.

ANGELA Kapoor, 50, of Crabtree Avenue, Hale Barns, has been charged with speeding in a Porsche in Macclesfie­ld and failing to give informatio­n relating to the identifica­tion of the driver of a Porsche who is alleged to be guilty of an offence. TERRENCE Robert Wilson, 50, of Sunny Bank Close, Macclesfie­ld, has appeared charged with possession of crack cocaine with intent to supply. He is due to appear at Chester Crown Court on December 22.
