CASES heard before Stockport Magistrates:
JAMES Francis Goodier, 22, of Brookfield Lane, Macclesfield, has been given an eight week suspended sentence after admitting five charges of assault by beating. He also admitted three charges of criminal damage and was ordered to pay £280 compensation to his victims. He must pay £100 compensation and carry out 150 hours of unpaid work and a 20 day rehabilitation order.
THOMAS William Moore, 25, of Styal View, Wilmslow, has been fined £450 after admitting drug-driving and driving without insurance on Byron Street, Macclesfield. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay £115 costs.
GEORGINA Skerritt, 19, of Vicarage Way, Macclesfield, must take part in a 15 day rehabilitation activity requirement after admitting carrying a kitchen knife in public without good reason. She was ordered to pay £100 and £85 costs.
ANTHONY Atkins, 42, of Haddon Close, Macclesfield, has been fined £200 after admitting drug driving on the Silk Road. He must also pay £115 costs and he has been disqualified for 12 months.
ALLAN Wellington, 67, of Pennine Court, Carisbrook Avenue, Macclesfield, has been charged with making one category A photograph of a child and making 13 category C indecent photographs of children. He is due to appear before magistrates on April 5.
PENNY Rebecca Vaughan, 34, of Brown Street, Macclesfield, has admitted driving without a license and insurance. She was give an electronic tag for four weeks and must pay £170 costs. She was also banned from driving for 15 months.
ALAN Banner, 56, of Pembroke Road, Macclesfield, has admitted being drunk and disorderly on Moss Lane. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and most pay £270 costs.
BENJAMIN Charles Preece, 36, of Trident Way, Macclesfield, has been jailed for 10 weeks after admitting using threatening words or behaviour towards a public servant. He changed his plea to guilty at Stockport Magistrates Court on March 13. He must also pay £115 victim surcharge.
CHRISTOPHER Anthony Bailey, 31, of Range Court, Macclesfield, admitted assault by beating. He must complete 33 days of a Building Better Relationships programme and carry out 100 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay £170 costs.
OLIVER David Kershaw, 25, of Poplar Grove, Bollington, has been fined £100 after admitting being drunk and disorderly on Mill Street. He must also pay £115 costs.
MARK Robert Phillips, 39, of Onslow Road, Edgeley, has admitting stealing power tools worth £600 from Tony McCormack in Macclesfield, and a hedge strimmer worth £200 from Philip Bramhall in Macclesfield. He was fined £120 and must pay £115 costs.
IMOGEN Porter, 36, of Mill Road, Macclesfield, has been fined £40 after admitting using threatening words or behaviour. She must also pay £115 costs.
JOANNE Rumsey, 40, of Byron Street, Macclesfield, has been given a conditional discharge after admitting stealing two bottles of wine from B&M Bargains. She must pay £105 costs.
STEPHEN Anthony Grant, 48, of Conway Crescent, Macclesfield, admitted assault. He must complete a 15 day rehabilitation activity requirement, fined £115 and pay £85 costs.
SAM Burdock, 18, of Sugar Lane, Rainow, was fined £160 after admitting drug driving. He was banned from driving for 12 months and must also pay £30 costs. CASES heard before Crewe Magistrates:
RYAN Ben Tomsett, 23, of Waters Green, Macclesfield, has been fined £220 for dropping a cigarette outside Tesco on Exchange Street. He must also pay £160 costs. The case was proved in his absence.
JOY Wilson, 43, of Brocklehurst Avenue, Macclesfield, has been fined £220 for dropping a cigarette on Lower Exchange Street. She must also pay £160 costs. The case was proved in his absence.
CHRISTOPHER Thomas Ian Couper, 31, of Park Brook Road, Macclesfield, has been jailed for 16 weeks after admitting assault during the period of a suspended sentence. He was sentenced to eight weeks for the assault and must serve an additional six weeks for breaching his order and failing to comply with supervision requirements.
DAVID Edward Morgan, 27, of Beech Lane, Macclesfield, has been jailed for eight weeks following offences committed while on licence. He admitted theft and possession of cocaine. He must also pay £115 costs.
THOMAS Luke Wood, 20, of Berwick Close, Macclesfield, has been jailed for eight weeks for breaching a community order issued for drug offences and an assault charge.
