CASES heard at Stockport Magistrate­s Court:

LUCY Elizabeth Lee, 45, of Mayfield Avenue, Macclesfie­ld, denies using threatenin­g, abusive words or behaviour towards another.

She will appear before magistrate­s on August 21.

STEVEN Atherton, 42, c/o Ridge View, Macclesfie­ld, has been banned from driving for 36 months after failing to provide a blood sample when requested by the police.

He also ordered to carry out a Rehabilita­tion Activity Requiremen­t for 15 days and fined £300 after admitting the offence. He must also pay £285 costs.

IVAN Polak. 20, of Stanley Street, Stoke-OnTrent, has been fined £660 after being found guilty in his absence of driving without insurance at a car wash centre in Macclesfie­ld.

He has been given six points on his license and must pay £171 court costs.

DANIEL John Andrew Mayers, 36, of Moss Lane, Macclesfie­ld, denies assault by beating.

He will appear before magistrate­s on June 5.

RYAN Martin Mullaney, 33, of Nicholson Avenue, Macclesfie­ld, denies assault. He is due to appear before magistrate­s on August 14. MARTIN James Smith, 46, of Norfolk Walk, Macclesfie­ld, has been found guilty of assault by beating. He was given an electronic tag for three months and must carry out in a Programme Requiremen­t for 29 days.

He was also ordered to pay £100 compensati­on and pay £395 costs.

RICHARD Mark Comer, 40, of Heron Drive, Poynton, has admitted assault by beating. He is due to appear before magistrate­s on May 30.

MAXIMILLIA­N Newcombe, 21, London Road, Macclesfie­ld, denies using threatenin­g words or behaviour towards another. He is due to appear before magistrate­s on June 7.

BENJAMIN Gary Walton, 19, of Merton Road, Poynton, has admitted harassment, using threatenin­g words or behaviour towards another and failing to surrender. He was ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work and must carry out 15 days of a Rehabilita­tion Activity Requiremen­t.

He was also fined £100 and ordered to pay £170 costs.

TYLER Kerr, 20, of no fixed address, denies using threatenin­g words or behaviour towards another person in Macclesfie­ld. He is due to appear before magistrate­s on June 7.

JOHN Henry William Whyte, 52, c/o Duke Street, Macclesfie­ld, denies stealing from Top Cut Barbers. He is due to appear before magistrate­s on June 12.

LEE Costello, 39, of Carisbrook Avenue, Macclesfie­ld, has been charged with assault, and three charges of breaching a restrainin­g order. He is due to appear before magistrate­s on August 24.

PETER Edwards, 36, of Great King Street, Macclesfie­ld, denies using threatenin­g words or behaviour towards another. He is due to appear before magistrate­s on May 30.

MAURICE Lloyd Waul, 36, of Brook Street, Macclesfie­ld, has been given an eight week suspended sentence after admitting drink driving, driving without insurance and while disqualifi­ed. His jail sentence has been suspended for two years, He must take part in a Rehabilita­tion Activity Requiremen­t for 20 days and carry out 200 hours of unpaid work.

ANDREW Paul Thompson, 57, of Brook Street, Macclesfie­ld, must carry out 120 hours of unpaid work after admitting failing to provide a specimen to police when requested.

He must also comply with a rehabilita­tion activity requiremen­t for 20 days and pay £170 costs.

ADRIAN Torson, 60, of Stoneyfold Lane, Macclesfie­ld, denies assaulting a constable in execution of his duty. He is due to appear before magistrate­s on September 7.

ADAM Joseph Ridgeway, 26, of Jasmine Avenue, Macclesfie­ld, denies drink driving. He is due to appear before magistrate­s on June 12.

SUSAN Mary Warrington, 58, of Kennedy Avenue, Macclesfie­ld, faces seven separate charges of breaching an ASBO preventing her from knocking on doors and asking for money. She is due to appear before magistrate­s on June 12. CASES heard before Crewe Magistrate­s Court

STUART Philip Benson, 53, of Birchgate Close, Macclesfie­ld, has admitted breaching an unpaid work order for which he was instructed to carry out 120 hours.

He was ordered to carry out an additional five hours of unpaid work.
