Look north for a more rural view
OUR nostalgia column brings you pictures taken in Macclesfield and district in days gone by. WE have teamed up with Macclesfield Library and Cheshire Archives and Local Studies to share old photographs from the archives and will be featuring several images each week.
This week’s selection turns the lens northwards from Macclesfield town centre, with shots of the more rural outlying communities of Tytherington and Bollington Cross.
