Team work is hailed as key to glowing Ofsted report

-

APRE-SCHOOL has received a glowing report during a recent inspection.

Staff at Sutton St James Pre-School, on Bell Avenue, have celebrated after visitors from Ofsted gave them a `good’ rating.

This was the first time the pre-school has been inspected at its new location last year.

Inspector Farzana Iqbal carried out a number of activities to assess the school, including speaking to pupils.

In her report she noted the school was doing well in a number of areas and said staff provide solid role models for pupils.

A spokesperson for the school said they are very pleased

They said: “We are especially proud of the strong relationship between ourselves and parents as well as other agencies which the inspector commented on.

“The most important aspect is that our children feel safe secure and happy and that our parents hold us in high regard. Which means the world to us. As we say to our children - what’s going to work? Team work.”
