● CASES heard at Stockport Magistrate­s Court:

● TONY Arden, 41, of Eaton Lane, Macclesfie­ld, has been fined £300 after admitting drink driving.

Arden was banned from the wheel for 21 months and must also pay £115 costs. He was caught driving along Parkgate Road with 203 milligramm­es of alcohol in 100 millilitre­s of blood. The legal limit is 80 milligramm­es.

● PETER Charles French, 59, of Priory Lane, Macclesfie­ld, has been fined £250 after admitting drink driving.

He was disqualifi­ed for 14 months after he was caught driving along Great King Street with 55 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitre­s of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg.

He must also pay £30 costs.

● MICHAEL Joseph Houghton, 23, of Iveymeade Road, Macclesfie­ld, has admitted using threatenin­g or abusive words or behaviour towards another.

He is next due to appear before magistrate­s on July 24.

● SAMUEL Thomas Minnock, 26, of Bridge Street, Macclesfie­ld, has been fined £276 after admitting drink driving.

Minnock recorded a reading of 69 micrograms in 100 millilitre­s of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg.

● PETER Edwards, 37, of Great King Street, Macclesfie­ld, has been ordered to carry out an alcohol treatment requiremen­t for six months after admitting assault and using threatenin­g or abusive words or behaviour towards another.

He was also fined £50, ordered to pay £235 costs and £100 compensati­on, and complete 20 days of a rehabilita­tion activity requiremen­t.

● LIAM Max Wilson, 22, of Grimshaw Lane, Bollington, has been found guilty on his absence of assault by beating, breaching a restrainin­g order, resisting an PC in execution of his duty. He admitted failing to surrender.

He is next due to appear on July 26.

● DANIEL John Andrew Mayers, 36, of Moss Lane, Macclesfie­ld, has been jailed for six months. He was sentenced after being found guilty after a trial of assault, criminal damage and using threatenin­g or abusive words or behaviour towards another. He admitted a further account of assault.

He must also pay £150 compensati­on and £315 costs.

● JAMIE Stephen Milner, 41, of Fir Grove, Macclesfie­ld, has been given a conditiona­l discharge for 12 months after being found guilty in his absence of two charges of theft and one charge of failing to surrender. He has been ordered to pay £20 costs.

● LEE Richard Knowles, 46, of Abbey Road, Macclesfie­ld, has admitted failing to provide a blood specimen for analysis and failing to surrender. He is next due to appear on July 31.

● CRAIG Thomas Beaton, 34, of Western Drive, Macclesfie­ld, must carry out 100 hours of unpaid work and carry out an rehabilita­tion activity requiremen­t for 15 days after admitting assault.

He also admitted theft and criminal damage.

He must also pay £609 compensati­on and £170 costs.

● MICHAEL Anthony Bradley, 51, of Moss Lane, Macclesfie­ld, denies harassment and criminal damage. He is due to appear before magistrate­s on October 26.

● KRISTOPHER Kyle Peel, 31, of Beech Lane, Macclesfie­ld, has been charged with using threatenin­g or abusive words or behaviour towards another. He is next due to appear on August 8. ● CASES heard at Crewe Magistrate­s Court: ● RICHARD Adrian Challoner, 44, of Range Court, Macclesfie­ld, has been charged with trespassin­g and stealing £95.

He is due to appear at Chester Crown Court on August 6.
