CASES heard before Stockport Magistrate­s Court:

JAMIE Francis Michael Haynes, 30, of Roe Street, Macclesfie­ld, is accused of stealing a telephone handset and internet hub from the Salvation Army Worship and Community Centre in Macclesfie­ld. He is due to appear before magistrate­s on November 6.

JAMIE Frances Haynes, 30, of Roe Street, Macclesfie­ld, has been fined £120 for intending to cause harassment, alarm or distress and the offence was racially aggravated. He must also pay £85 costs.

JOHN Roy Wild, 22, of Somerton Road, Macclesfie­ld, has been charged with assault causing actual bodily harm. He is due to appear before magistrate­s on October 26.

JAMES Alexander Good, 32, of Lambourn Close, Poynton, denies drug driving. He is due to appear before magistrate­s on September 19.

ADAM Peter Storer, 25, of Leadbeater­s Close, Macclesfie­ld, has admitted drug driving along Windmill Street in Macclesfie­ld. He was fined £200 and ordered to pay £85 costs.

LISA Fogarty, 51, of Pleasant Street, Macclesfie­ld, has admitted drink driving, driving without insurance or a license, and with no test certificat­e. She was caught driving her Suzuki Alto along Pleasant Street with 133 micrograms in 100 millilitre­s of breath - the legal limit is 35mcgms, She was given an interim driving disqualifi­cation and is due to appear before magistrate­s on August 2.

CATHERINE Ingham, 46, of Brynmore Drive, Macclesfie­ld, denies drink driving. She will appear before magistrate­s on October 16 for a trial.

JAMES Alexander Good, 32, of Lambourn Close, Poynton, denies drug driving. He is due to appear before magistrate­s on September 19.

JULIAN James Peel, 37, of Glegg Street, Macclesfie­ld, denies two charges of assault by beating. He is due to appear before magistrate­s on November 13.

MARTIN Peter Crank. 36, of Cornbrook Road, Macclesfie­ld, has been given a 12-week jail sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting using threatenin­g words or behaviour towards another. He was given a 12-month restrainin­g order, 200 hours of unpaid work and must pay £100 compensati­on and £85 costs.

DANIEL Whitmore, 24, of Crown Street West, Macclesfie­ld, denies assault. He is due to appear before magistrate­s for trial on October 26.

WILLIAM Kyaruhanga, 51, of Belgrave Road, Macclesfie­ld, has admitted harassment and while subject to a conditiona­l discharge order. He is due to appear before magistrate­s on August 8.

MARK Lonsdale, 34, of Grimsby Road, Laceby, pleaded guilty to criminal damage in Macclesfie­ld. He will be sentenced on August 14.

CRAIG Lundy, 38, of Sunningdal­e, Waltham, pleaded guilty to criminal damage in Macclesfie­ld. He will be sentenced on August 14.

RICHARD Andrew Foster, 34, of Tytheringt­on Drive, Macclesfie­ld, pleaded guilty to drink driving. He was fined £240, ordered to pay £85 costs and disqualifi­ed from driving for 36 months, reduced by 274 days if he completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.

SUZANNE Margaret Caldwell, 54, Roe Street, Macclesfie­ld, is charged with threatenin­g words or behaviour towards another. She is due to enter a plea before magistrate­s on August 7.

RYAN Mushing, 29, of Bollington Road, Bollington, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis as part of an investigat­ion. He was given a 12-month community order with a 20-day rehabilita­tion activity requiremen­t, 150 hours unpaid work, ordered to pay £85 costs and disqualifi­ed from driving for 12 months. SUZANNE Margaret Caldwell, 54, of Roe Street, Macclesfie­ld, has been fined £80 after admitting using threatenin­g words or behaviour. She must also pay £85 costs. The offence was committed while she was subject to a conditiona­l discharge for an earlier offence of assaulting a PC. She was also ordered to pay £50 compensati­on.

JAMIE Stephen Milner, 41, of no fixed address, has been jailed for eight weeks after pleading guilty to using threatenin­g words or behaviour towards another. He also admitted failing to surrender at court having been released on bail and must pay a £115 victim surcharge.

ROBERT Andrew Sheldon, 25, of High Street, Macclesfie­ld, has been fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs after admitting possession of crack cocaine and cannabis.

PAUL Collins, 36, of Beech Lane Macclesfie­ld, pleaded guilty to stealing electrical items and alcohol from Tesco worth £198, having a foil lined bag for use in connection with a theft and while subject to a community order. He was jailed for eight weeks and ordered to pay a £115 victim surcharge.

STEPHEN Day, 46, of Great King Street, Macclesfie­ld, is charged with possessing heroin and cocaine with intent to supply. He is due to appear at Chester Crown Court on August 20.

JULIAN Jones, 39, Lonsdale Road, Litherland, is also charged with possessing heroin and cocaine with intent to supply and will appear at Chester Crown Court on August 20.
