THE North East Cheshire Business Awards (NECBA) are back and now open for entries.

The awards are back for 2018, and the prestigious Awards ceremony is being held at The Mere Resort & Spa on Friday, November 16.

There are eleven categories to choose from and entries are welcome from businesses of all shapes and sizes.

Head over to the website www.necbawards.co. uk and check out the categories page to see what fits you and your business.

You’ll also find information on how to enter for an award, what the criteria is, and how to book tickets for the award ceremony.

Don’t be humble, celebrate your individual or team achievements and show what you can do!

This year AstraZeneca and Waters have been welcomed as new sponsors of the event, who will be sponsoring the Best Company To Work For and the Science & Innovation category respectively.

SAS Daniels are sponsoring Business of the Year, Williams & Crosby and North Cheshire Chamber are supporting the Small Business and Start Up Business categories.

Harts are again sponsoring Team of the Year, and Apprentice of the Year is again sponsored by Macclesfield College.

There’s also an Excellence in Customer Service, Best Creative Campaign and Entrepreneur of the Year award.

The charity partner this year is Age UK Cheshire East and they will benefit from all fund raising from the 2018 event.

The winner of our Charity of the Year 2018 award category will go forward to be our charity partner in 2019 – so if you are a charity enter now for your chance to be a partner next year.

A spokesman said: “There is no doubt that winning an award is a great accolade for any business, we hear all the time what great morale booster it is for your team, how prospective new talent value it in a new employer…it gives you credibility, and puts you on the map!

“You have the whole month of September to enter, so choose your categories NOW and send in your completed entry form by the closing date of October 1.

“Take a look around our website to see photos and videos from previous years and read testimonials from past winners to find out how entering the awards can benefit you and your business.

“Keep an eye out here for more updates in the future!

“It could be YOU !”
