THE following people have appeared before Stockport Magistrates Court:

RYAN GUY TUCKMAN, 25, of Briar Wood Avenue, Macclesfield, admitted assault and criminal damage. Community punishment order with 150 hours unpaid work, restraining order, £100 compensation, £100 costs.

DECLAN THOMAS LOUGHRAN, 18, of Boden Street, Macclesfield, pleaded guilty to drunk and disorderly. Fined 3200, £85 costs.

GARETH BERNARD LOWNDES, 35, of Chester Road, Macclesfield, admitted driving under the influence of drugs. Fined £300, disqualified from driving for 16 months.

JEAN CAROL RIESEN, 69, of Keele Crescent, Macclesfield, pleaded guilty to drink-driving. Community punishment order with a curfew, four year four month driving ban, £85 costs.

JASON SEARLE, 20, of Moorhill Road, Macclesfield, admitted taking a vehicle without consent, driving without insurance and driving not in accordance with a licence. Fined £300, six month driving ban, £85 costs.

LEWIS GORDON BAILEY, 33, of Union Road, Macclesfield, pleaded guilty to persistently using a public communications network to cause annoyance. Community punishment order with 200 hours unpaid work, £100 compensation.

CHARLOTTE ANNE STORM STEVENSON, 23, of High Street, Macclesfield, was convicted of driving without insurance and driving without a test certificate. Fined £100, six driving licence penalty points, £85 costs.

EDWARD PETER MCCABE, 49, of Stoneyfold Lane, Bosley, admitted criminal damage. Twelve month conditional discharge, £80 compensation, £200 costs.

JAKE COTTERILL, 27, of Bank Street, Macclesfield, pleaded guilty to failing to stop after an accident. Fined £165, five driving licence penalty points, £85 costs.

JAMIE FRANCES MICHAEL HAYNES, 30, of Glegg Street, Macclesfield, was found guilty of criminal damage. £100 compensation, £85 costs.

WILLIAM FRANCIS OWEN, 34, of Great King Street, Macclesfield, admitted driving under the influence of drugs. Fined £350, one year driving ban, £85 costs.
