NICOLA PAXTON, 51, of Oakfield Road, Poynton, admitted drink-driving. Community punishment order with 80 hours unpaid work, four year driving ban, £85 costs.
MICHAEL ANTHONY BROOME, 37, of Priory Lane, Macclesfield, pleaded guilty to assault and the use of threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. Community punishment order with 120 hours unpaid work, restraining order, £100 compensation, £200 costs.
NICOLA LOUISE GREGORY, 42, of Byrom Lane, Macclesfield, admitted shoplifting. Twelve month conditional discharge, £143.96 compensation.
STEPHEN MCCARTHY, 47, of Knights Street, Macclesfield, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer and criminal damage. Fined £666, £50 compensation, £85 costs.
TERENCE JOSEPH MCGOVERN, 79, of Birtles Road, Broken Cross, admitted drinkdriving.
Fined £100, twelve month driving ban, £85 costs.
STUART ALAN PRESTON, 36, of Mill Lane, Macclesfield, pleaded guilty to entering as a trespasser to steal and three counts of shoplifting. Community punishment order with an activity requirement, fined £40, £44 compensation.
MARCIN OSPOWISZ, 38, of Range Court, Macclesfield, admitted theft. Fined £80, £20 costs.
JAKE COTTERILL, 27, of Bank Street, Macclesfield, pleaded guilty to resisting a police officer and was found guilty of assaulting a police officer. Community punishment order with 120 hours unpaid work, £50 compensation, £625 costs.
