-

POLICE have appealed for information about a stolen motorbike, more than two weeks after it was taken.

The distinctive Suzuki GSXS 125cc disappeared from an address on High Street, in Macclesfield, Cheshire, some time between 9.25pm and 9.45pm on December 21.

The engine was covered by a black shield underneath the seats and the wheel rims were black.

Officers made their appeal this week and say two men were responsible for the theft.

PC Mark Stringer said: “If you were in the area around the time of the theft and saw suspicious activity or you captured something that may help us on your dashcam, please get in touch.

“If you are offered for sale a motorbike matching the description I’d also urge you to get in touch.”

In total five electric bikes were taken as well as a white gold wedding ring.
