Norden Farm’s Festive Fairs return outside

-

The popular Artisan Fairs return across Friday 18 and Saturday 19 December. This year the fairs are held outside in the Linhay barns, providing a safe shopping experience. Browse stalls selling handcrafted goods, find a unique gift for a loved one (or maybe a treat for yourself).

The Winter Night Market is on Friday evening from 6pm–9pm. Stalls include handcrafted fine silver jewellery; contemporary framed photographs of Windsor and the local area; and bowls, jugs and vessels made with materials including gesso and gilding.

From 12pm-3pm on Saturday, the Artisan Fair promises the opportunity to browse wares including hand crafted pens; crochet shawls and hand spun yarn; silver and gold gemstone jewellery; and Christmas decorations.

The atmosphere will be set with warming fire pits and live music. Food and drink, including festive coffees and mulled wine, are served in the Café Bar.

There will also be a fun-filled COVID-safe performance on Saturday night which can be live streamed in support of Norden's Ark Appeal.

A group of actors come together to recite Shakespeare in a completely unique performance called Sonnets in Action.

Expect a fun, unpretentious, accessible, cliché-busting, myth-torpedoing introduction to playing Shakespeare. Come, listen, participate, heckle and leave everything you’ve learned about Shakespeare at the door!

Available to watch at 5pm and 8pm.
